Demo V2.02 patch

Hi everyone,

I have had some great feedback on the demo, the new update includes fixes and improvements.

• Fix for 1st place when 5th
• Tweening added
• Funky 3D backdrops added
• Much improved car select screen
• If game is set to controller, but player presses a keyboard key it will now revert to keyboard controls
• When using keyboard A and D now steers left and right as well as the arrow keys
• If player sets accel to W key this will automatically set proceed button on menus to Enter
• If player sets brake to S key this will set back button on menus to Esc
• Player can now select Up Arrow for accel and Down for Brake, menus will change to Enter and Esc if this happens
• Oil slick fix for Koi Speedpark
