Exciting news on next update!


Hi, before we get into this update I just want to say thanks so much for your support over this year of development, it means a lot.

The update is taking far longer than planned, but that's because some huge changes have been happening. Firstly let's talk about the new movement engine, the cars previously had a rotation that worked on 32 directions, the issue with this was the turning felt jerky and when turning the image looked pretty messy.

The 32 direction movement has now been scrapped and replaced by a full 360 degree movement engine.

The way you drift has been changed to a more user friendly brake to drift mechanic. As with the old versions of the game some cars are made for drifting, others are for grip and it's best to slow down before corners when using those ones, as well as that there are vehicles that give a mix of each.

On top of the 3 handling styles all 18 vehicles have their own stats and feel different to each other, here are a few so you can see the differences between them.

All 18 vehicles are now in the game, have been tested and on top of that all 5 variants of each of the 18 of them have been finished too. The different variants don't change the vehicle, but some are much more than just liveries, for example some of them are modified versions, such as soft tops, pick ups, cosmetically modded with exhaust etc.

I will be giving the option to have Anti Aliasing for those that would like to have switched on.

I am currently working on adding the updated content to the other tracks, once that is done I will be releasing the next update.
