Update Alpha V1.3

Super excited to release the next update (Alpha V1.3)

I have taken on board the feedback you gave me, and I hope you like enjoy racing around the new track. Take a look at the full patch notes below to see everything new in this version.

New things added:

• New track Blossom Raceway added
• New vehicle added (Whippy)
• New music track
• 3 skill levels added
• Added brake lights
• Sounds for starting lights

Improvements/fixes:

• Improved car sprites in some angles
• Fixed the fact some cars didn't brake
• Collisions on barriers improved
